New York City (USA)
Adventures await. Depart Sydney this morning with Qantas (air inclusive package only). Please enquire for flight details from other cities. After touching down in New York City a direct transfer takes you to The St Regis, New York’s most famous address. Meet fellow travellers over a casual dinner before retiring to your comfortable room.

THURSDAY 8 AUGUST

New York City

This morning select from two of Constellation Journeys’ signature A La Carte options :
+  The first time visitor to New York can experience the hustle and bustle of 5th Ave, St Patricks Cathedral, Park Ave and Central Park 
+ The Met tour – make your way to the Upper East Side for a guided tour of the Met, home to some of the most cherished and well-known art in history.
We come together for lunch with a difference today – a gourmet picnic in Central Park.
This afternoon we take a Hudson River cruise to take in perhaps New Yorks most famous site – Lady Liberty.
A special welcome dinner is planned tonight.

FRIDAY 9 AUGUST

New York City

We start today with a walk on a section of the ‘High Line’, a public park built on an elevated former rail structure on Manhattans West side before a stop at Chelsea Market for a morning refreshment. We’ll take a tour through bohemian Greenwich Village, stopping off at sites central to the stories of musicians like Bob Dylan, Jimi Hendrix and Charlie Parker.   
Our morning concludes at New York’s oldest and most iconic delicatessen, Katz’s Deli, where you can say ‘I’ll have what she’s having’ just like Meg Ryan in the movie ‘When Harry met Sally’.
After lunch we’ll pay our respects at the moving 9/11 Memorial & Museum.
Its ‘Showtime’ tonight.  Times Square is the location for pre theatre dinner before your choice of two Broadway Shows – details to be revealed as the program becomes available.

Toronto (Canada)

After a short flight from New York to Toronto, we’ll spend the afternoon at Toronto’s most popular attraction, the CN Tower. At 346 metres, the CN Tower is one of the world’s tallest freestanding structures – and we’ll be going straight to the Main Observation Level for breathtaking views of the Toronto cityscape. 
The CN Tower isn’t just an architectural marvel – it’s a culinary one, too. Lucky then that we’ll be dining at the rotating 360 The Restaurant at the CN Tower, home to the world’s highest wine cellar and a leader in sustainability.

Toronto

Discover one of the world’s most famous waterfalls on our Niagara Falls day tour. We’ll reach the falls after a scenic drive along the Niagara Parkway, including a stop in the picturesque town of Niagara-on-the-Lake.
Passing by the Floral Clock, after a photo stop at the Whirlpool rapids and Niagara Gorge, we’ll stand steps away from the Falls to witness millions of litres rushing over the brink.

Toronto to Montréal

Sit back, relax and enjoy panoramas of the iconic landmarks and breathtaking scenery of the Great Lakes and St Lawrence River from the comfort of the train, with Wi-Fi complimentary. After check-into the Ritz-Carlton we’ll walk the short distance to dinner at a local restaurant.

Montréal

Stroll through the narrow lanes and ancient squares where Montréal was born over 380 years ago on our guided tour
through Old Montréal. You’ll pass through public squares like Place d’Armes, Montréal’s impressive courthouses, the Château
Ramezay museum, Bonsecours Market, Notre Dame Basilica, the impressive Bank of Montréal head office and Old Montréal’s
oldest building, the Sulpician Seminary. In the revitalised Old Port you can taste old-fashioned smoked meat, French pastries and traditional maple sugar goods.

Afterwards, enjoy a delicious three-course lunch aboard our Saint Lawrence River guided cruise, taking in iconic sites like
Jacques Cartier Bridge and Olympique Park from the ship’s open-air outdoor terraces.

The scenic adventure continues as we travel by coach to Québec City, with lunch onboard. Upon arrival, we’ll check in to the famed Château Frontenac
With breathtaking views over the St Lawrence River and Québec’s old city, this luxury château is one of Canada’s first grand railway hotels, and has played host to historic events and historic guests like Queen Elizabeth II and Céline Dion.  Dinner tonight is at the charming restaurant Le Buche - serving traditional Québec specialties.
