SUITES

Aboard Silver Shadow there are no “cabins” – every room is a suite, most with private verandas. Large doors or windows frame a new panorama each day, so alluring you may even wish to take breakfast in bed and enjoy a private piece of serenity.

With a separate sitting area and bedroom, there’s plenty of room to relax, as even the “smallest” suite provides 27 sqm of space, while veranda suites start at 31 sqm.

Every suite is looked after by a personal butler, who is there to do as much or as little as you require – from restocking your complimentary mini-bar with drinks of your preference, to preparing a warm cup of tea on your return from shore or making your spa booking at the Zagara Spa onboard.
Your suite becomes your haven to rest and reflect.

DINING

Prepare to be spoilt, as the cuisine aboard Silver Shadow is equivalent to the city’s best – but you would expect nothing less from a ship with Italian lineage. Each course is matched by a selection of excellent wines. With all meals and drinks included throughout your voyage, you never need worry about whose shout it is.

The Restaurant

Dine amid sparkling crystal, silver and sweeping ocean views in Silver Shadow’s main dining room. You’re welcome to join friends and enjoy Continental or regional specialities impeccably presented and graciously served.

La Terrazza

A divine selection of Italy’s best cuisine is served à la carte in La Terrazza. Authentic recipes and the freshest ingredients come together with flair and passion. Dine with ocean views indoors or alfresco.

The Grill

Take in the splendour of the scenery from the Grill. By evening, cook your dinner over lava stone; by day, relax with a burger and gourmet salad from the salad bar. The bartenders here are known for their crafted cocktails – and a cold beer is popular after a day of exploration.

La Dame
La Dame offers a bespoke menu by top chefs and is the highest expression of excellence in French dining. La Dame echoes the traditions and cultures embedded in the French gastronomic past, while respecting its bright culinary future. (US$60 surcharge).

BARS & LOUNGES

Whether it’s a morning coffee, afternoon tea or evening tipple you are after, you’ll find your place in one of the many bars and lounges aboard.

The Panorama Lounge is the ultimate place to unwind if you are after a quiet nook for an afternoon cuppa or looking to relax over an evening drink.

Take in an evening show in the Show Lounge or if you’re feeling lucky, you may wish to head to the Casino.

The Arts Cafe is the perfect place to mingle with fellow travellers and share a travel tale or two.

For expansive views it’s hard to go past the Observation Library, which is also a great place to find a book or read the paper.

And visit the Connoisseurs Corner to peruse the ship’s exceptional selection of cognac and cigars.
