SATURDAY 22 NOVEMBER
Arrive Adelaide, Join Silver Nova
Your private chauffeur car meets you on arrival at Adelaide Airport to transfer you to Silver Nova. Embarking the ship this afternoon, your personal butler will settle you into your spacious suite as you enjoy your first glass of champagne on board.
Later this afternoon, travel to Magill Estate, the original home of Penfolds wines and the legendary Grange. Enjoy a special dinner with matched wines in the Magill Estate Kitchen before returning to Silver Nova.
SUNDAY 23 NOVEMBER
Adelaide
Depart 10pm
Experience the charm of the Adelaide Hills on a half-day tour to historic Hahndorf. Enjoy sweeping city views from Mt. Lofty, then explore the German-style village’s quaint streets, boutiques, and heritage buildings. Conclude with a scenic countryside drive before returning to Adelaide’s pier.
Meet your Constellation Journey’s hosts in the bar before you enjoy your first evening dining experience aboard Silver Nova tonight.
MONDAY 24 NOVEMBER
Kangaroo Island
Arrive 8am Depart 6pm
Enjoy Kangaroo Island’s natural beauty and rich heritage on a half-day excursion. Enjoy panoramic views at Pennington Bay, spot kangaroos, and explore Kingscote, South Australia’s oldest European settlement. Enjoy free time in town before returning via Reeves Point and the scenic Bay of Shoals. A relaxed journey through history and coastal charm. We return to Silver Nova in time for lunch.
TUESDAY 25 NOVEMBER
Robe
Arrive 8am Depart 6pm
Tucked away on the Limestone Coast, Robe is one of South Australia’s most historic towns. We’ll take a walk with a local member of the historical society leading the way before travelling the short distance to Wangolina Winery. This family owned winery produces wines from Mt Benson and the Limestone Coast. We’ll enjoy a tasting before returning to Robe and our ship for lunch.
This evening come together with your Constellation Journeys team and fellow travellers for a pre- dinner drink before another premier dining experience.
WEDNESDAY 26 NOVEMBER
At Sea
A day at sea is the perfect way to familiarise yourself with Silver Nova, with a full day to unwind and explore all the ship has to offer. Take a deep dive into the S.A.L.T. Lab and learn local culinary techniques, meet fellow travellers for a coffee or cocktail in the Panorama Lounge or pull up a poolside deckchair and just relax.
Meet your Constellation Journeys team in the bar and perhaps sample some local cuisine in SALT Kitchen this evening.
THURSDAY 27 NOVEMBER
Hobart
Arrive 1pm
Discover Tasmania’s wildlife and heritage on a scenic half-day tour. Begin with a visit to Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary, home to rescued Tasmanian devils, wombats, quolls, and kangaroos. Learn about these animals and their survival stories as you explore the sanctuary.
Continue to historic Richmond, crossing the city’s oldest bridge to reach this charming town in the Coal River Valley. Enjoy a walk through its well-preserved Georgian architecture, then spend some free time browsing local cafés, galleries, and boutiques. Conclude your journey with a relaxing coach ride back to the pier.
Tonight we head into town for an exclusive Constellation Journeys fine dining experience at one of Hobart’s best restaurants, ‘Landscape’.
FRIDAY 28 NOVEMBER
Hobart
Depart 6pm
Enjoy a scenic, half-day Hobart tour. See historic Salamanca Place and Battery Point’s charming cottages, then ascend Mt. Wellington for stunning city and shore views. Visit the Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens, featuring historic plants and native species, with some free time to explore. Finish with an orientation drive through Hobart’s downtown before returning to the pier.
SATURDAY 29 NOVEMBER
At Sea
Another relaxing day at sea, soaking up the luxurious ship life. Pay a visit to the exhibitions in the Arts Cafe or book a cooking class in the S.A.L.T Lab. If you’re seeking deep relaxation book yourself in for some pampering at Otium Spa (additional cost).
Theres plenty to keep you entertained aboard Silver Nova but if you’re looking for company the Constellation Team love to share travel stories over a coffee or meal.
SUNDAY 30 NOVEMBER
Arrive Melbourne
Arrive 6am
Disembark this morning and transfer to the airport for your flight home.
