Delhi
Join your Qantas or Singapore Airlines flight this morning (air inclusive package only) and arrive into Delhi this
evening. On arrival you’ll be transferred directly to the luxurious Oberoi New Delhi.
SUNDAY 20 OCTOBER
Delhi
Delhi’s history bears witness to tales of conquest, defeat and the decadence of India’s great empires. Take it all in today as we explore Old and New Delhi. Stepping inside the 17th century Jama Masjid in Old Delhi bestows a sense of calm and space. But it won’t be long before you launch headlong into the frenetic pace – from the comfort of your chauffeured rickshaw on an expert navigation of the winding alleys of Chandi Chowk.
Continue exploring with visits to the UNESCO listed Qutab Minar and Ghandi Smitri, a memorial to India’s greatest leader.
Come together this evening for a Welcome Dinner at Indian Accent.
MONDAY 21 OCTOBER
Delhi & Agra
At Delhi Airport’s exclusive VIP terminal we’ll board our private jet for the first time this morning for the short flight to Agra.
Enjoy the landscaped grounds and serene reflection pools of our palatial hotel before a late afternoon walk through the Mughal cultural village, showcasing traditional life. End your day watching the sun descend behind the Taj Mahal.
Dinner this evening at your choice of our hotel’s exquisite restaurants.
TUESDAY 22 OCTOBER
Agra
Rise early this morning and make your way to the Taj Mahal, beating the crowds and bearing witness to a spectacular sunrise over one of the world’s most revered buildings, a monument of love built by a king to honour his queen.
Return for breakfast at our hotel before a visit to the Red Fort, also known as Agra Fort. The red sandstone fort houses a palace that was once home to the Mughal royal family.
+ After a relaxing lunch at our hotel, the afternoon brings a choice… soak up the indulgence of our fabulous hotel or travel to Fatephur Sikri, the abandoned capital of Emperor Akbar.

WEDNESDAY 23 OCTOBER
Agra & Varanasi
Ordinarily to reach Varanasi from Agra you would be on the road for ten hours or aboard an indirect scheduled flight. Fortunately, this journey is anything but ordinary! After breakfast we join our Private Jet for the short flight to Varanasi, India’s most holy site.
For some travellers a visit to Varanasi is a life-changing experience. At the very least it is an affirmation of life – it’s hard to walk away unaffected by the pulse of humanity and the cycle of life.
Early this evening we join a boat for a sunset cruise on the Ganges. Hear the temple bells toll and see smoke rise from the crematoriums. Later we bear witness to the powerful and uplifting Aarti Ceremony from reserved seats as sunset brings an aura of tranquillity to this often busy area.
THURSDAY 24 OCTOBER
Varanasi & Jaipur
Early morning is when the action is – take it all in from the comfort of our boat. Watch as pilgrims make their way to the Ghats (steps to the river), practicing a bathing ritual that has remained unchanged over the centuries. This outpouring of devotion and deep belief is an extraordinary sight to witness.
Later this morning we are welcomed back aboard our Private Jet by our friendly crew as we fly to Jaipur. Our home for the next three nights is the jewel in the Taj Palace hotel group’s crown. Graceful and extravagant, Taj Rambagh Palace Hotel is simply extraordinary.
This afternoon is yours to soak up the atmosphere of our hotel.
This evening a special dinner is planned.
FRIDAY 25 OCTOBER
Jaipur
In the desert lands of Rajasthan sits the eternally captivating city of Jaipur. Today we uncover the rich history and decadence of the former royal city, from the pink honeycombed hive of the Palace of the Winds (Hawa Mahal) to the buzz of the famous milk market.
Marvel at the early 18th century astronomical observatory, Jantar Mantar – built by a Raj to measure the harmony of the heavens.
+ After lunch discover why Jaipur is known as a shopper’s paradise, famous for jewellery, textiles and carpet.
+ Finesse your culinary skills in a local cooking class
+ Return to the sumptuous surrounds of our hotel.
SATURDAY 26 OCTOBER
Jaipur
This morning we make our way to the stunning Amber Fort.
Atop the Aravali Hills the fort is a magnificent example of Rajput architecture. We’ll tour the fort before lunch at Dera Amer, a recovered and preserved wilderness area on the outskirts of Jaipur.
This afternoon the choice is yours:

Enjoy a dinner fit for royalty this evening at the City Palace
SUNDAY 27 OCTOBER
Jaipur & Jodhpur
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast before heading to the airport for our direct Private Jet flight to the Blue City of Jodhpur. It won’t be long before you have checked-in to the Taj Umaid Bhawan Palace Hotel,
where lunch awaits.
Take advantage of the extensive facilities of our palace hotel this afternoon. Perhaps join a guided tour of the Palace or visit the
Palace museum.
Dinner will be at a special location this evening.
MONDAY 28 OCTOBER
Jodhpur
This morning we visit the imposing Mehrangarh Fort, owning its commanding position atop a high hill. This is one of the most majestic and largest forts in India, whose build commenced in the mid-15th century. Mehrangarh Fort’s museum speaks to the wealth of the royal families through the ages.
We also visit Jaswant Thada, a white marble memorial built to honour Maharaja Jaswant Singh II. Later, auto rickshaws await for an exploration of the tangled maze of the Blue City.
Folk music and a dance performance accompanies dinner this evening.
TUESDAY 29 OCTOBER
Jodhpur & Udaipur
The benefits of having a Private Jet cannot be overstated today – comfortable seating and a direct flight set to our schedule mean you travel with ease, without wasting valuable time.
Upon arrival in Udaipur it becomes abundantly clear why it’s referred to as the City of the Lakes. And the area is undeniably stunning but it is the location of our hotel that will take your breath away. A former palace, the white marble Taj Lake Palace Hotel sits in the middle of Lake Pichola.
This afternoon is at your leisure to enjoy the beautiful location before dinner at our hotel
WEDNESDAY 30 OCTOBER
Udaipur
Our palace hotel is not the only palace in Udaipur. This morning we visit the resplendent City Palace, on the eastern bank of the lake, before a stroll around the local market. The garden of Sahelion ki Bari was made for the 48 attendants of an Udaipur princess – as part her dowry. Lotus pools and fountains greet visitors today.
This evening is our final dinner together. It’s been a journey fit for a king or queen – and tonight is no exception. Our farewell dinner has us dining in regal splendour at a private location in our hotel.
THURSDAY 31 OCTOBER
Depart Delhi
Rejoin our Private Jet to Delhi, where you connect with Qantas or Singapore Airlines (air inclusive package only) for the journey home.
